HongSen brings together more than hundred men-years of International
Business Best Practice for Project Management to China in view of upgrading
Management ability and improving management skills of local business enterprises.
The key objective is to enable local companies to understand the needs of
improving company effectiveness and efficiency as a whole in order to meet the challenge of economic growth in China, and to complete in the global market.
The core members of HongSen management team have had many years of International management experiences in North America, Australia, South-east Asia, Europe, and China. It carries a wide spectrum of experience in various industries including Financial institutions, Technology research and development centers, communication industries, medical facilities, government ministries, manufacturing and service organizations with prime management responsibility of business development, organization re-structuring, strategic planning, service delivery and project management. Our core members had held senior positions in a number of multi-national organizations including Lucent Technologies (US), Digital Equipment Corporation (China/Asia-Pacific/EMEA), Unisys Systems (China/Malaysia), Tandem Computers (China/Australia), Hewlett Packard (US/Australia), Bell Canada (Canada), Andersen Consulting (US/Canada), Cable and Wireless (UK), ANZ Banking Group (Australia), National Mutual Insurance (Australia/France/US), SIME Group (Malaysia) and Bank of Montreal (Canada).
We
have 9 senior professional consultants and 3 administrative staff. 6 of our
professional consultants had more
than 15 years of International project management experiences
and the other 3
professional consultants had no less than 10 years of senior
management
experiences around the world. Together we serve our clients
through consulting,
mentoring, training, and hand-on managing on behalf of our
clients. Our aim is to
demonstrate the benefits of management competencies, and
transfer our
knowledge and skills to our clients during services.
Apart from our professional services, we also participate in academic teaching. We worked with the local universities and develop management courses based on our past experiences modified for the local environments and practices. We are the only commercial organization that worked with a number of Post-graduate schools in China who choose our subjects as part of the post-graduate curriculum.
